Having outgrown their existing analogue phone system, RedC required a new system that allowed them to expand into a second Dublin office to support 35 users. A Trixbox hybrid system was configured allowing RedC to use their existing BRI phone lines and use VoIP to connect the two locations, thus providing a single system from both locations. Remote workers have also been provided with extensions at home at minimal costs.
In a drive to cut telecoms costs, Bothar instructed Provident to implement a Trixbox phone system at their head offices located in Limerick for 30 users.
